Paul Lahana

For the first exhibition of this new cycle “in the walls”, Un-Spaced is pleased to invite you to the opening of Indistinct Chatters, Paul Lahana’s first personal exhibition, on December 2 from 17.00 to 21.00 in his new space, 11 rue Michel Lecomte, 75003 Paris.
The gallery is invested by a set of polymorphic works whose attachment is placed under the sign of multiplication, chance and disorder, characteristics of the labyrinth, physical and mental place.
The Novel Asterion’s House by J. L. Borgès highlights the link between sculptures, installations, prints and projections.

Graduated at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 2014, he lives and works in Paris.
Paul Lahana recreates the tiny, almost nothing that could escape our attention. He is interested in how suddenly a detail appears to us. Through the re-production of the lived experience he creates a new one, different from the original one, both by its materials but also by its duration. His work is not a call to the public to “look at the world differently”, but to highlight the peculiarities of everyday life. In fact, by noticing things that challenge her and that others completely ignore, proves the possibility of missing a piece without seeing it. ”
